If you are an artist and bad at business, your number one job is to now find a manager.

Realize that at the end of the day, it doesn't matter what you do and how you do it...It matters WHO you get to do it with.

If you are an artist or startup, people are your golden geese. They are your lifeblood and they can totally make or break your dream.

Saying you can do it better yourself is an insecure and fear based thing to say. Your number one job is to find people better than you at different things. A business won't die faster than a suspicious owner clinching to every job because he/she thinks they are the only ones that can do it properly.

It all starts and ends with people. Get good at people.
